Shipping

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by logging into your account. Please allow 1-5 business days for products to be processed and shipped.

How soon will my order ship after being placed?

Products ship within 2 weeks of placing the order.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You may initiate a return within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Simply email our team, return the product, and our team will examine it to decide if it's eligible for a refund. Upon clearance, you will receive an email confirmation that the refund has been issued.

Refunds are always processed back to the original payment method used by the customer.

What items are eligible for returns?

Any product you purchase is eligible for a return with these few exceptions:

  • Sale items over 25% off
  • Items that have clearly been used and worn since purchasing
